Return Policy

Thank you for your order! We want you to be 100% satisfied. Our team inspects every order carefully before it leaves our warehouse to ensure that you receive exactly as you ordered. But for any reason if you are not completely satisfied, please return the merchandise following these simple steps for a prompt refund or exchange.

CUSTOMERS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR PURCHASES HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

Obtain return authorization number by calling 212-380-1114.

Items must be returned within 5 days from receipt of order.

All merchandise must have the original tags secured with the exclusive Alia Khan logo and must be in original condition.

Bridal orders, custom orders, clearance merchandise, fine jewelry and sample sale items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Customers pay for return shipping via UPS/USPS or any carrier they choose but for their protection must obtain a tracking number and/or insurance. If the return is due to our error, we will arrange for a free pickup and waive shipping charges for that order.

Credit will be issued in the same form as the original purchase was made after the merchandise is received and inspected by our quality control specialists. We cannot accept any returns without a return authorization number and we cannot accept any returns after five days of original receipt under any circumstances.
